The tops are such bright colors. My note about cost of material is to get on the Hancock Fabrics mailing list and every month they have a coupon for 40% off the regular price of one fabric item. Also they do have "end" pieces in a bin that are sometimes as much as a yard and a half of fabric, sometimes as little as 1/4 of a yard, that is usually 50% off or more. I love the clearance items! I alwasy feel like I have accomplished so much when I swe something. Love you!

Comment on Yah for last minute gifts!

Love handmade!

Comment on History through Textiles: Hmong textiles

Thank you for this. We re-purpose Hmong clothing into new clothing and home decor items. The details in the fabrics are so amazing. We hope that by showing the younger generation a way to keep the Hmong traditions alive and provide sustainable incomes they will choose to continue the beautiful traditions and not move to the cities to take factory jobs.

Comment on Dodge Center

She doesn't claim (kidding Stacy) so most people don't know. lol

Comment on Dodge Center

Whaaaaaa?! Annika was up in Duluth and Two Harbors this weekend with her grandparents and two cousins. They even stayed at a hotel where all the rooms have been fashioned out of real railroad boxcars, check-in is at the old depot. She got home just a couple hours ago exhausted but happy.

I'll get our second fruit order to you by Friday. Should I pay you that same way through paypal to avoid the fees?

Take care,

Stacy
